Lead-Her’s work spans education, gender, and climate resilience, focusing on rural primary and secondary schools, where systemic inequities hinder girls’ progression to higher education. We envision a Malawi where every girl has equal opportunity to learn, lead, and thrive. Our mission is to equip girls and young women with the mentorship, education, and life skills needed to reach higher education and become transformative leaders. And our strategic focus includes the following:
1.	STEM mentorship and remedial learning
2.	Sponsorship and educational support
3.	Gender equality and ending violence against women and girls
4.	Teacher training and education system strengthening
5.	Climate action and biodiversity conservation
6.	Digital literacy, innovation, and sustainable livelihoods
