Roman Marcus Abad has a diverse and extensive work experience in creative direction and production. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Producer, Director, Technical Director, and Editor at New Life Media until 2017. In 2016, they served as a Creative Director at Deakin Digital Advertising, where they implemented content editorial calendars and proposed lead generation strategies. Roman Marcus then founded their own startup media company called Empyre Media in 2017, where they directed advertising and video content production for startups in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. In 2018, Abad joined EcoRenew Group as a Content & Video Production Manager, responsible for overseeing creative productions and leading a team of 15 people. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Creative Director at Grace School of Theology, leading various creative projects and rebranding efforts. Roman Marcus Abad has a background in film and cinema studies. From 2012 to 2016, they attended Meridian International Business, Arts & Technology College and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies. In 2018, they pursued Post-Grad Studies Grant at the Cinemalaya Institute, focusing on Film Producing. Additionally, they have completed a certification course on "Introduction to Search Engine Optimization" from Coursera.
