Radhakrishnan N has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Radhakrishnan started their career at Monica Electricials as an Operations Manager from June 2008 to August 2009. Radhakrishnan then joined Accenture as a Business Analyst from August 2009 to August 2012. Following that, they worked at XSEED Education as an Operations Manager from September 2012 to October 2017. After that, they joined EZ Vidya as a Manager in Logistics & Printing from October 2017 to August 2019. Currently, they are working at LEAD School as a Supply Chain Lead, having started in December 2019.

From 2006 to 2008, Radhakrishnan N pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Finance and Operations at Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
