Soham Mukherjee

Soham Mukherjee has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Soham started their career at Unilever as a Product Innovation Manager, where they led global detergent powder projects and focused on project management, innovation planning, and formulation design. Soham then worked at Alvarez & Marsal as a Manager and later as a Senior Manager, specializing in corporate strategy, cash and EBITDA improvement, planning, and M&A for companies in the tech, retail, consumer, and financial services sectors. Currently, they are working at LEAD School as the AVP of Strategy and has also held the positions of Deputy VP of Strategy & Operations and VP of Growth & Strategy.

Soham Mukherjee completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 2009 to 2013. Soham then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, Soham also participated in an International Exchange Program at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), where they focused on International Finance. Additionally, they attended Bidhan Chandra Institution, although the specific degree and field of study information is unknown.
