Lead to Influence was birthed out of the leadership concept by John Maxwell, who said, "Leadership is influence." In the effort of seeing what breaks God's heart was seeing the leadership deficit in the world today. Lead to Influence's aim is to aid businesses, non-profits, and government organizations in developing great leaders who want to demonstrate servant leadership and lead engaged teams that drive the performance of their organizations. Shanti's passion is to help organization leaders achieve meaningful transformation and growth in their personal and professional lives. She believes this transformation can also counteract poverty in the world as an organization caps out at the level of the leaders. As the leaders grow, the organization grows, and in turn, the country grows. Thus a rippling effect is created. Abundance thinking and serving minds are the core of Lead to Influence's purpose.

Shanti aims at helping leaders.

- recognize their purpose and calling

- build mental resilience

My coaching style

I’ve had the fortune of working with great innovators and leaders who have the right mindset and vision for a successful business. However, the only thing they’re often missing is the right business structure, systems, and management strategies that hold them back from reaching their full potential.

My business coaching style is designed to be personal and bespoke to the needs of my clients. I focus on honesty with a no-nonsense approach and genuine empathy to provide real value and satisfaction to every client and their business.
