Previously, Alan held various senior roles at ChapmanCG, Profile Search & Selection, and Michael Page International, focusing on executive-level HR hires and building strong networks within the industry across different regions. Alan has a background in law, holding a BPC from The University of Law and a LLB (Hons) from City, University of London.
