Lizzie Pollock

Lizzie Pollock is a seasoned professional in human capital and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as a Partner and Head of People & Culture Activation at LEAD3R since November 2020. Pollock's extensive experience includes a focus on performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement, with prior roles such as Associate Director of Employee Engagement and Organizational Effectiveness at the Community College of Rhode Island and Assistant Director of Social Entrepreneurship at Brown University. Pollock has a strong background in developing training programs and fostering inclusive workplace cultures, evidenced by initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion at CCRI. Educational qualifications include a Master of Professional Studies in Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology-based human relations from Connecticut College.
