Simon Chua

Simon Chua is the Co-Founder and Executive Director at Lead8, a multidisciplinary architectural firm established in 2014, known for its innovative approach in mixed-use sectors. Prior to this, Simon served as a Director at Benoy from 2004 to 2014, specializing in planning and designing major mixed-use development projects across Asia, including notable projects like ION Orchard and Shanghai ICC. Simon began their architectural studies at RMIT University, where they earned a Bachelor of Architecture and a BA in Architecture, and has over 19 years of experience in the field.
