Rob Smith has a background in technical support and development operations. Currently working at LeadByte, Rob manages developers' workload, ensures tasks are on schedule, and communicates progress to directors. Additionally, Rob works as a full-stack developer, developing both front and back end systems to meet client expectations. Prior to this, Rob provided technical support to residential broadband and fibre-optic customers at KC. Rob holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Hull.
