Igor Stankovic has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Igor started their career in 2013 as a Sales Manager at AIESEC Serbia and subsequently took on various roles within the organization, including Team Leader for Outgoing Exchanges, Vice President for Outgoing Exchanges, Local Committee President, and Head of Organizational Development and Talent Management. In 2018, they became the Country Manager of AIESEC Serbia, where they led and managed a national executive office team and coordinated operations across multiple local offices. In 2019, they worked as a Club Partnerships Consultant at Soccer Supplement before joining Autoklose - a VanillaSoft company - as a Sales Development Representative and later as an SDR Team Lead. Igor also founded Istankovic Business Consulting in 2016, where they served as the Founder and Growth Strategist. In 2020, Igor joined VanillaSoft as an Account Executive and later became the SDR Team Lead. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Sales at LeadDelta - Social Capital Manager.

Igor Stankovic completed their education in a chronological manner. Igor attended High School, where they obtained a High School Degree in Computer Science. Igor then proceeded to enroll in the Faculty of Technical Sciences from 2012 to 2016. During this period, they focused on studying Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
