Hedi Major

Hedi Major is currently the HR Director at Leadec, a position they have held since 2019. From 2007 to 2019, they served as the Manager of HR & Communication at Nemak. Prior to that, Hedi worked as an HR Generalist and Deputy HR Manager at Jabil from 2001 to 2007. They are pursuing a BSc in andragogy with a specialization in human resources at Nyugat-Magyarországi Egyetem and became a qualified coach through Foresight Solution in 2018.
