John Pierce

John Pierce has over three decades of experience in the refractory materials industry. John currently holds the position of Account / Facility Manager at Leadec, where John oversees the implementation and installation of new product lines. Prior to this role, John served as a Plant Manager at HarbisonWalker International for over two decades, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills. John has also held various positions such as Platform Leader and Process Engineering at General Mills. John's expertise spans from Quality Assurance and Research Development to Manufacturing and Process Engineering. John holds a Green Belt Six Sigma certification from Catalyist Connection and an Associate's degree in Ceramic Engineering from Hocking College.
