Lucie Strouhalová

Lucie Strouhalová is currently the Finance Director at Leadec, where they lead a team and oversee cash management, monthly reporting, and financial audits. Previously, Lucie worked as a Finance Accountant at Voith Industrial Services s.r.o. from 2012 to 2015, handling invoicing and inventory management. They also held the position of Head of Controlling & Purchasing at Leadec, where they led a team and implemented key performance indicators. Lucie started their career as a Trainee at Hörmann CZ from 2006 to 2011, gaining experience in office and warehouse management. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Technická univerzita v Liberci.
