Ralph Mack is an accomplished entrepreneur and private investor with extensive experience in the finance and technology sectors. Currently serving as Executive Chairman at Sightly since September 2013 and a Core Member of The Digital Shelf Institute, Ralph Mack has also held various leadership roles, including CEO of Mack Capital, LLC since 2005, and has been actively involved in advising and serving on the boards of multiple companies. Previous experience includes senior positions at Lead Edge Capital, OneSpot, Welcome, Avenue Capital Group, Bear Stearns, and Prudential Securities. Ralph Mack holds a BS in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
