Sam Brown serves as a Board Trustee at Energise Me since January 2024 and founded Speedwell Coaching in October 2011, where also holds the position of Director. Additionally, Sam is an Associate Coach at Leadenhall & Coaching On Demand since June 2022. Previous roles include Risk Governance Director at Quilter from September 2017 to October 2019 and Director of Risk Reporting and Governance at Friends Life UK from October 2012 to September 2017. Sam was involved with Aviva as Group Operational Risk Director between September 2010 and September 2012, and served as Chief Risk Officer for Skandia in Europe and Latin America from May 2008 to August 2010. Earlier experience includes Head of Risk Management at RBC Dexia Investor Services, UK, and Head of Risk and Compliance at Skandia. Prior to these roles, Sam was a Director at SSAMM Management Consultancy from December 2002 to April 2004. Sam holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Personal & Business Coaching from the University of Chester, completed in March 2023, and is currently engaged in education with Barefoot Coaching Ltd.
