LeaderFit is an executive search firm, based in Washington, D.C., purpose built to serve the unique needs of nonprofits and foundations. We bring deep sector expertise, a rigorous search methodology, and an authentic commitment to building trusted, enduring relationships. Our team serves clients locally and across the United States.

We founded LeaderFit 17 years ago with a singular focus: to find exceptional leadership talent for mission-driven organizations. We've carefully cultivated a robust, diverse community of talented professionals and talent connectors. And we've become true experts on how nonprofits hire and grow their people. We bring that knowledge and experience to every search.

As experienced nonprofit leaders and board members ourselves, we know first-hand the transformative impact the right leader can make. Having placed more than 600 leaders, we've brought that experience to help over 350 nonprofits and foundations find and hire the very best talent to meet their needs. And we look forward to learning how we can serve you.
