At LeaderNess, we believe leadership is about creating real impact.

The only question is—what impact will you make? 🚀

LeaderNess is a leadership development company dedicated to unlocking the full potential of current and future leaders and teams of leaders by finding, feeding, and fueling their unique forces into conscious, intentional, and impactful action.

🔎 WHY Leaderness?

Because leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all. Too many leaders feel stuck trying to fit a mold. Your uniqueness is your greatest leadership asset. LeaderNess is about creating real impact, owning your path, inspiring others, and leading with intentionality and authenticity.

👥 WHO We Are

We are Òscar Carbonell Dolz, former Chief of Staff, and Albert Alabau, former People Leader—two leadership enthusiasts with 30+ years of combined experience in high-growth companies. Now, we’re here to help you own your path.

✨ SO WHAT?

The world doesn’t need more "perfect" leaders. It needs real ones that make an impact. LeaderNess will help you and your team have the greatest impact. And it happens when you:

➡️ lead from your Forces rather than your Fears. It’s about acting with consciousness.
➡️ feed your Forces with purpose and consciously set your own path. It’s about choosing intentionally.
➡️ fuel your path decisively and confidently, not just satisfying others’ expectations. It’s about leading uniquely.

At LeaderNess, we turn your uniqueness into measurable growth, greater effectiveness, and lasting fulfilment, by offering tailor-made solutions by leaders for leaders, that combine coaching, consulting, mentoring, and training to create the impact you and your team of leaders strive for.
