SARAH is the ideal coach for senior leaders working in science and technology sectors. The combination of her personal experience of the pharmaceutical industry with her coaching skills and talents ensures she knows how to help these leaders achieve powerful personal insights that enable them to transform their performance and those of their teams with ease and flow.

WHO I WORK WITH:
My clients have already achieved significant success in their field, and have reached that stage where they know they have even more to offer, and would achieve a better balance in life, if they could just somehow change some aspects of how they think and work.
Sometimes they have quite clear goals; they want to handle pressure better; influence and impact certain colleagues more effectively; spend less time doing the things they find frustrating and tiring so they have more time and energy to do what they love. Sometimes the goal is more vague and they use the first coaching session to clarify the changes they need to make to achieve the transformation they want.
They have normally attended several personal development and leadership courses but the secret to releasing their true talent and finding balance remains elusive.

WHAT MY COACHING WILL GIVE YOU:
A coaching programme designed for you. We will form a deep connection so that I understand and anticipate your challenges and opportunities, and know how to help YOU find and execute the solutions that are right for you and your personal strengths.
An environment of trust, where you can drop the façade of being perfect and capable and share your deepest concerns, where there is no judgement or expectation. Because it is vulnerability that opens the door to true transformation.
Flexible and responsive coaching that consistently delivers results for you in your busy and ever changing VUCA environment.
An understanding of how your mind can be you biggest enemy, and tools to help you harness its true power
