Pro sports organizations are filled with driven people who want to get better.

Leadership Training Camp exists to help them do exactly that.

We design custom leadership initiatives for professional teams and leagues that deliver best practices, practical tools, and lasting impact. When leadership improves, hassles go down, efficiency goes up, culture gets healthier—and performance follows.

Since our founding, LTC has served 2,400+ professional athletes, executives, and front-office leaders, including ownership groups and league offices at the NFL and NBA level. Our work spans multiple sports and industries, but the goal is always the same: develop leaders who elevate everyone around them.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve great organizations as they pursue excellence.

Better leaders. Stronger culture. More fun winning together.

OUR SERVICES:

1. Transform Leaders: Our customized Leadership Development Initiative combines trust-based coaching with experiential learning, creating lasting habits that improve communication, collaboration, and performance at every level of your organization. We work where you are, on your turf, on your goals, and on your culture, to help leaders grow from emerging voices to influential contributors.

2. Rapid Culture Reset (for newly hired Head Coaches and General Managers):
When leadership transitions compress time and pressure spikes, culture can lag. LTC is the catalyst to accelerate alignment. Our Rapid Culture Reset focuses your first 100 days on clarity and shared standards, aligning operations, players, and staff around a unified vision. By reinforcing expectations and strengthening character together, you generate the clarity and endurance that drives a winning culture.
