Shane D. Nelson, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Youth Engagement & Economic Empowerment at LeadersUp, where they drive initiatives focused on economic mobility for BIPOC young adults. Previously, they supported African-American males as a Support Coach at the Community College of Philadelphia and worked in various roles, including as a Learning Designer at CorpU and a Graduate Assistant at Syracuse University.
