Alexander Padilla

Alexander Padilla currently serves as the Director of Sales Operations at LeadForce360, a position held since March 2022. Alexander has extensive experience as a consultant for Aspen Risk Mgmt since 2010, specializing in loss prevention, safety, and compliance to help industries reduce workers' compensation costs. In February 2009, Alexander Padilla founded ADPadilla Group, focusing on capital savings and asset protection through loss prevention systems and employee training. Previously, Alexander held the role of VP Operations at KEN Communication from September 2012 to September 2022, where the focus was on professional development through conscious communication. Alexander also served as the Director of Risk Management at Sunstone Hotels from October 2002 to November 2007. Alexander Padilla earned a BA in Political Sciences from Lehman College and a High School Diploma from St. Johns Military Academy.
