Derek Benham

Derek Benham is an experienced professional in the fitness and business development sectors, currently serving as a Master Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness since September 2014, where responsibilities include guiding clients in safe exercise and achieving facility revenue goals and member retention rates. Derek also works as a Business Development Manager for both Champion Leads LLC and LeadForce360, roles held since December 2020 and January 2019 respectively. Previously, Derek held the position of Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Seattle Bombers Baseball Academy from 2010 to 2015, focusing on creating a positive training environment and developing systematic training programs for athletes. Derek holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management with a minor in Business from Colorado Mesa University, completed in 2014, and attended Arizona Western College from 2007 to 2009.
