Kat Schaefer

Kat Schaefer's work experience begins in 2011 with trustaff, where they initially worked as a Compliance Specialist. Kat was responsible for managing client relationships, screening candidate submittals, and serving as a liaison between various departments. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior Compliance Specialist, where they provided excellent service to their account and assisted team members. Later on, they became a Compliance Team Lead, overseeing a team of 13 and conducting interviews and evaluations. In their most recent role at trustaff, they served as a Client Success Manager, responsible for managing and fostering client relationships. Starting in 2022, Kat Schaefer joined Lead Health as the Director of Compliance.
