Patrick Marr

Patrick Marr is the Leadership and Culture Coach at England Rugby since January 2021. He is also the Owner Director at Leading-Edge since October 2006, where development solutions that improve performance are delivered focusing on engagement. With previous experience as the Divisional HR Manager at B&Q, Regional Manager for Warehouse stores in the West Midlands, Store General Manager at various locations for makro, and Store Manager at Littlewoods, Patrick has a wealth of experience in leadership and management roles.
