Curtis Armour

Curtis Armour, Jr., Ed.D., is an educational and nonprofit leader committed to driving equity and excellence within academic environments. Currently serving as the Director of System Strategy at Leading Educators, Curtis leads initiatives that improve student achievement and foster inclusive learning spaces. Previously, as Principal at City Schools of Decatur, they achieved significant gains in student performance and cultivated a culture of trust and collaboration within the school community. Additionally, Curtis has held various roles in higher education, including Assistant Principal and Adjunct Faculty, where they focus on empowering future educators through innovative teaching practices.
