At Leading Elephants, our mission is to transform the way leaders at social impact organizations work to sustain performance, especially during times of change, and lift their teams to the heights of their potential.

Founded in 2010, Leading Elephants is a nationwide organizational diagnostics, coaching, training and consulting firm. Areas of expertise include cultivating dynamic leadership, leading inclusive change, and building vibrant organizations, particularly in the education and social impact spaces.

Emphasizing a three-dimensional model of leadership—head, heart and backbone—our work is both pragmatic and human-centered. We help leaders harness their full range of capabilities and lead through a balance of clarity, compassion and conviction.
