Eric Douglas

Eric Douglas is an accomplished management consultant and organizational development expert with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the media and consulting industries. Since 1996, Eric has served as the CEO of Leading Resources, Inc., a firm dedicated to developing leaders and organizations. Prior positions include Senior Partner at BMR Associates, where strategic planning and leadership coaching were provided to media companies, and Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for The Sacramento Bee, where Eric led significant initiatives in strategic planning and electronic media. Eric's career began as Managing Editor of The Daily Progress and progressed through roles such as Executive Editor at Baltimore Magazine and News Editor/Reporter at the San Francisco Chronicle, where notable stories were covered. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with Honors from Harvard University and is a graduate of Phillips Academy, Andover.
