Johnny Ortega

Johnny Ortega is a Sales Development Representative at Leadium since January 2023, bringing prior experience from the hospitality industry. Between October 2017 and May 2023, Johnny served as a Front Office Specialist at Gramercy Park Hotel, where responsibilities included assisting guests efficiently and courteously, resulting in two nominations for Employee of the Quarter. Earlier, from April 2013 to July 2017, Johnny worked as a Guest Service Agent at Morgans Hotel Group, managing guest check-ins and special requests. In addition to practical experience, Johnny is currently pursuing a certification in Sales Engineering and Tech Sales through Careerist and holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from CUNY Bronx Community College.
