Eric Komo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Eric started their career in 2014 as a Genius Bar Family Room Specialist at Apple, where they provided technical support to customers. After a year, they moved into the same role at Apple in 2015.

In 2016, Eric joined Leadpages as a Technical Support Specialist, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving a satisfaction score of over 99%. Eric later joined the advanced troubleshooting team.

From 2017 to 2018, Eric worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Leadpages, evaluating and coaching technical support specialists. Eric introduced a new QA tool to streamline the process and provide immediate feedback to agents.

Eric Komo has a comprehensive education history that spans various fields. Eric obtained a Master of Music (M.M.) degree in Musical Theatre from New York University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Vocal Performance at Saint John's University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Eric has pursued several certifications in different areas. Notably, they obtained PMC Level II and PMC Level I certifications from Pragmatic Institute in December 2022 and November 2022, respectively. Eric also completed Product Management Foundations certification from Product Institute in October 2022 and became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) through Scrum Alliance in the same month and year.
