Hope Callaway

Hope Callaway has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Customer Service Representative at Verizon Wireless from April 2011 to February 2012. Hope then transitioned to a Sales Representative role from February 2012 to August 2012. In August 2012, they became a Technical Support Coordinator at Verizon Wireless until May 2014 when they took on the role of Solutions Manager until July 2015.

Following their time at Verizon Wireless, Hope joined Leadpages in October 2015 as a Technical Support Specialist. Hope provided exceptional support to customers by educating them on tools and resources. From May 2017 to October 2019, they served as a Technical Support Team Lead, executing performance-specific coaching and collaborating with QA to ensure high proficiency. In October 2019, Hope was promoted to the position of Junior Product Owner until September 2020. Hope then became a Product Owner until June 2022 when they were promoted to the role of Senior Product Owner, their current position at the company.
