Chance Dillon

Chance Dillon is a Consultant at Appian Corporation since February 2023 and serves as Co-Founder of LeadRush Labs, where efforts focus on improving client results for agencies, emphasizing customer success and sales enablement. Previously, Chance held multiple roles at Apprentice from October 2020 to January 2023, including Operations Manager and Sales Manager, where responsibilities included developing outbound sales systems, training Sales Development Representatives, and leading the sales team. Additional experience includes serving as an Account Executive, assisting entrepreneurs and students with work opportunities, and working as an Event Manager at Hotel Ezra Cornell. Chance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Cornell University and possesses International Baccalaureate credentials from Riverdale High School.
