Rafaela Soares has a decade of professional experience. Rafaela began their career in 2010 as an Agent of Viagens for Rigon Viagens e Turismo. In 2011, they moved to Ewiks as a Departament of Events - Academia do Professor. In 2012, they took on the role of Assistant in Redes Sociais for Well Fitness. In 2013, they became an Estagiária de Compras for Restaurante Madero. In 2014, they moved to Andritz AG as a Sales Trainee. In 2015, they became an Estagiária em Trade mkt for Canal/mkt. In 2016, they moved to GGV Consultoria Empresarial | Curitiba as an Assistente de Projetos. In 2018, they became a Consultora Comercial and Consultora de Projetos for GGV Inteligência em Vendas. In 2019, they moved to GhFly as a New Business Executive. Most recently, in 2020, they took on the role of Manager of Sales for Leadster.

Rafaela Soares completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná between 2012 and 2015. Rafaela then completed a Graduation in Marketing from the same institution during the same time period. In 2018-2019, they completed an Specialization in Project Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná. In November 2019, they obtained the Inbound Certified certification from the HubSpot Academy.
