Andie Lessa

Andie Lessa is a seasoned professional in customer experience and design, currently serving as the Customer Experience Senior Team Lead at Leadtech Group since November 2016, where responsibilities have included roles such as Customer Experience Team Lead, Release Coordinator, and Project Coordinator. Prior to this, Andie worked as an Art Director at House of Persons, LLC. from January 2014 to November 2016 and gained freelance experience as a Graphic Designer from August 2009 to November 2015. Additional graphic design and photography work occurred during a tenure at CUNY New York City College of Technology in early 2015. Andie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Design from CUNY New York City College of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
