Maria Balasch is an accomplished Art Director and Marketing Design Team Lead with over 20 years of experience in creativity and design. They spent eight years managing high-performing teams, currently leading a group of five professionals at Leadtech Group. Previously, Maria worked at OgilvyOne Worldwide, where they directed campaigns for prominent brands, and at Ómada Interactiva, overseeing design projects from inception to completion. They hold a Master’s Degree in Art Direction from ELISAVA Escola Superior de Disseny i Enginyeria de Barcelona and a Licenciatura in Fine Arts from Universitat de Barcelona.
