Paulo Fernandes

Paulo Fernandes is an experienced leader in customer support and technical operations, currently serving as CS Team Lead at Leadtech Group since October 2022, where responsibilities include coaching a remote team, providing feedback, workforce management, and driving performance towards SLA and KPI goals. Prior to this role, Paulo held various positions at Webhelp Spain from February 2016 to October 2022, culminating in the role of gTech - Team Leader, managing technical support for the Brazilian and Portuguese markets. Earlier experience includes technical advisory roles at Webhelp and operational positions at Portugal Telecom, focusing on network operations and quality assurance.
