Chris Ryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and account management across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr. Director of CX Transformation at LeadVenture® since August 2025, Chris previously held the position of Chief Customer Officer at Sorbet from January 2022 to September 2025. Prior to that, Chris worked at Wix in multiple capacities, including Sr. Director of Customer Success and Head of Agency Relations, from January 2017 to January 2022. Chris's career began at Ladders in September 2008, progressing from Account Manager to Team Lead and Performance Manager before engaging with other companies such as Indeed, flok, and Cinchcast in account management and client services roles. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus, earned between 2004 and 2008.
