Daniel Paulson is a Commercial Counsel at LeadVenture™ since 2023, specializing in customer, vendor, and partner contract drafting and negotiation across various sectors, including SaaS and IT contracts, while also developing AI-driven legal automations. Previously, as Associate Counsel at GoNoodle from 2021 to 2022, Daniel managed the negotiation and drafting of a diverse array of contracts and created a comprehensive rights and clearances tracking system. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, where Daniel handled litigation matters and drafted a variety of legal documents, as well as roles in legal internships and paralegal positions. Daniel holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance and History with Honors from Calvin University.
