Eric Whipple

Eric Whipple is a seasoned professional in customer success and professional services delivery, currently serving as the Senior Director of Enterprise Customer Success at LeadVenture™ since March 2024. Prior to this, Eric held the position of Senior Director at enosix, where responsibilities included establishing a Customer Success practice for a startup focused on integrating SAP with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Mulesoft. Eric's extensive experience at Salesforce spanned multiple roles, including Senior Director of Customer Success, where Eric created a High Touch Success Manager team, and Senior Director of Professional Services Delivery, directing operations for the Enterprise Plus business region. Eric's career began at TMP Worldwide and Yesmail Interactive, focusing on account management and client services. Eric holds a BA in English from Purdue University.
