Currently serving as President and CEO of LeadVenture since 2020, MacDonald leads the market-leading SaaS provider specializing in digital retailing and eCommerce solutions for various dealership sectors. Previous roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer at SAP Concur, overseeing product strategy and management, and Senior Vice President & General Manager at Expedia.com, where significant market share growth and innovative site features were achieved. MacDonald has also held positions on the Board of Directors for multiple companies, including Cleartrip and Concur Japan. Academic credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in General Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
