Kevin Kruse

Kevin Kruse is the Co-Founder and CEO of LEADx. Kevin is also a New York Times bestselling author and keynote speaker. Prior to LEADx, Kevin was the Executive Director of the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network from October 2010 to January 2015. Kevin is also the founder of The Kruse Group, which they ran from January 2009 to January 2017. Kevin has also served on the board of Team Capital Bank from April 2008 to April 2014. Kevin was the President and Founder of AXIOM, a Huntsworth Health Company, from October 2003 to August 2008. From January 1997 to December 2003, Kevin was the VP and Principal at Kenexa. Kevin founded Advanced Consulting Inc. in January 1992 and served as its President until December 1997. Prior to that, Kevin worked as a Grunt in the Department of Artificial Intelligence (AI) at AT&T Bell Laboratories from September 1984 to June 1987.

Kevin is Hogan certified from Hogan Assessment Systems and Insights Discovery Certified from Insights.
