Gilbert Corrales is a Mentor for the Engineering Leaders Scholarship program at the Royal Academy of Engineering. He is also the Co-Founder & CEO of Leaf, a tech company specializing in performance marketing services. Additionally, he is an Official Member of the Forbes Agency Council, a Member of the Board of Trustees for The Lit & Phil, and has held various positions in companies such as Slidebean, Cometoide, Saborstudio, and New Futuro. Gilbert has also worked as an Associate Professor at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and as the Director of Technology at the Ministry of Science and Technology. Gilbert holds a Masters degree in Intelligent Systems & HCI from the University of Science and Technology, Korea, and a degree in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Costa Rica. He completed his high school education at Kenmore West High and Liceo Ing. Samuel Saenz Flores.

We built a music app, Leaf Music, used by millions of people worldwide. Top 10 in a third of the world. We also built a marketing automation platform, Leaf Grow, to help us market the app. Facebook did a case study on us. The music dream died, but brands started asking for access to our platform and methodology. We pivoted from Music to Marketing; Leaf Grow powered brands like Footasylum to great success and revenues from services allowed us to fast-forward product innovation. We're now taking our Performance Intelligence platform - Leaf Grow - to market in earnest. It's been built and battle-tested by our internal performance marketing teams for the past three years and is ready to be used by in-house teams at the next generation of eCommerce brands.
