Tom Rigden

Tom Rigden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the consultancy and digital sectors. As the Founder of Collective Ambition, Tom leads a consultancy focused on developing scalable RevOps functions for business leaders. In addition, Tom serves as Growth Director at HyperFinity, where the focus is on leveraging data analytics and AI for retailers, and as a Commercial Advisor at Leaf, refining their data-driven performance intelligence technology. Previous roles include Commercial Director at IDHL Group, where Tom established a data science consultancy, and Commercial Director at Jaywing, leading integration efforts across divisions. Tom's career began at Enjoy Digital, progressing from Account Director to Director of Client Partnerships, consistently driving significant sales growth. Earlier positions include Project Manager roles at MadeByPi and Code Computerlove, and Account Manager roles at Vista and DA Agency. Tom holds a BA (Hons) 1st Class in Media, Advertising, and Design Management from The University of Huddersfield.
