Lawrence Richardson

Lawrence Richardson, PMP, serves as the Regional Director of Plumbing at LEAF Engineers since January 2024, providing strategic leadership and oversight of project management for plumbing initiatives. Previously, Lawrence held various roles, including Deputy Project Manager and Senior Plumbing Designer at AECOM, where responsibilities included managing multi-discipline design teams and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. With extensive experience as a Senior Mechanical Plumbing Designer at Jacobs and roles at EMA Engineering & Consulting, Henderson Engineers, and other firms, Lawrence has consistently focused on the design and layout of plumbing and fire protection systems, along with preparing essential calculations. Lawrence's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Design and a degree in Computer Aided Design Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
