Greg Aaron

Greg Aaron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology management and customer experience leadership. Currently serving as the AVP of Consumer Experience at Humana since January 2019, Greg leads the Sales Digital Customer Experience Platform Solutions team, focusing on staffing, budgeting, and application delivery. Prior to this role, Greg held the position of Product Director for Sales & Service Systems at United Technologies, where the development of a Global Business Center of Excellence was prioritized. Greg's earlier roles include CIO at Koorsen Fire and Security and Unity Healthcare, where strategic IT planning and operational management were central responsibilities.
