John Pollock is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, cyber security, and IT operations. Currently serving as the IT Disaster Recovery Manager at Leaf Home, John manages a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Program, ensuring the recovery of infrastructure and applications both in-house and on Microsoft Azure. Previous roles include Manager of Business Resiliency at Diebold Nixdorf and Director of IT & Cyber Security at DRB Systems, where John led numerous initiatives to enhance IT services and security compliance. With a solid foundation in data center operations and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Mount Union, John has demonstrated leadership in managing global IT networks and fostering collaboration among diverse teams throughout their career.
