Simon Bennett

Simon Bennett is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Director at Leaf Living since May 2025. Previously, Simon held the role of Technology Director at Get Living from March 2023 to April 2025, and at Riverstone from April 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included technology roadmap planning and implementation for luxury retirement communities. Prior to Riverstone, Simon was the Group IT Director at Mapeley Estates Limited from December 2013 to February 2020, leading strategic IT initiatives for one of the UK's largest privately-owned commercial landlords. Additional experience includes IT Director positions at MWB Business Exchange, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Hammerson, with a strong focus on IT leadership and management across various industries, including real estate and serviced offices. Simon holds a BA (Hons) in Public Administration from Teesside University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
