Elisa Schembari

Elisa Schembari is an experienced professional currently serving as Partner at Kairos Partners SGR since September 2021, where Elisa leads Kairos Ventures ESG One. In addition, Elisa is the Founder and Chairwoman of the Board at RedSeed Ventures, a position held since January 2013, and serves as an Investor and Chairwoman of the Board at Leaf Space since June 2016. Previous roles include Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble from January 2008 to December 2012 and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from January 2005 to December 2007. Elisa holds a Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria gestionale/Gestione industriale from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and completed additional education at MIP Politecnico di Milano in 2022.
