Aman Khan

Aman Khan has work experience with two companies. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Amazon Development Centre (India) Private Limited. During their time there, they held various roles including D2AS Advanced Technician/Lead (IP) – Digital Var Ops (Level-3) and D2AS Associate (IP) – Digital Var Ops (Level-2). In these roles, they were responsible for handling customer escalations, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting and training new hires, and providing technical support for Amazon Echo devices. In 2021, Aman joined LeafLink as an Onboarding Operations Specialist.

Aman Khan graduated from St. Martin's Engineering College in 2016 with an Engineer's Degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Visakha Valley School from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained their High School degree with specialization in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). In addition to their educational background, Aman Khan has also obtained several certifications from Aspiring Minds, including being an AMCAT Certified Business Consultant, AMCAT Certified Content Developer - Civil Engineering, AMCAT Certified Customer Service Specialist (multiple certifications), AMCAT Certified Proficiency in English, AMCAT Certified Software Development Trainee, and AMCAT Certified in English Comprehension.
