Jennifer Savage is the owner of Savage HR Solutions, LLC, with over 25 years of HR consulting experience specializing in strategic planning, management coaching, employee relations, and organizational development, among other areas. Since October 2003, Jennifer has provided interim HR leadership, assessed HR functions, and implemented HRIS/payroll systems. Concurrently, Jennifer serves as an Executive Consultant at E78 Partners and holds various consulting roles in human resources for multiple companies including Allytics, Avolve Software, and Diamond Knot Brewing Company. Jennifer holds a Certificate in HR Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University.
