Currently serving as a Culinary Consultant at Blue Watermelon Project and LeafSide, Sasha continues to focus on improving community relationships with food and developing nutritious meal solutions. Previously, as a Chef Educator and Coordinator at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix, Sasha translated nutritional concepts into culinary education, achieving high satisfaction among graduates.
